Specialty single-variety coffee from the Bella Vista region, a small town in the heart of the Chiapas Mountains in southern Mexico. It is obtained from 38 family estates located in the municipality of Bellavista. Rosalba Cifuentes Tovia (founder of Mayan Harvest Coffee ) grew up in the coffee community of Bellavista and has been dedicated to helping producers with small plots of land to get more competitive prices for their coffee.
