Single-varietal specialty coffee from the Bella Vista region, a small municipality in the heart of the Sierra de Chiapas , in southern Mexico. It is obtained from 38 family farms located within the municipality of Bellavista. Rosalba Cifuentes Tovia , (founder of Mayan Harvest Coffee) grew up in the coffee community of Bellavista and has dedicated herself to helping growers with small plots of land to get more competitive prices for their coffee.
