Shipping Address Details:

Warranty and return:
All products come with a manufacturing warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in the product information, or in the conditions listed below.
Shipping charges for internationally returned products will be charged at a maximum of 20% of the value of the product regardless of the product status. Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable at the moment.
For Customer within kingdom of Saudi Arabia
The product will be returned in its original condition within 14 days of receiving the product and the customer will bear the shipping charges if the product is returned without any error from our side and in its original condition.
Damaged products
If there is a manufacturing error in the product please contact us and provide full details of the error. If the product is delivered on arrival and within seven days from the date of delivery, it will be returned by us and processing and sending the replacement as available within 7 working days. You can also return the product to the company warehouse and in both cases you will be asked for your original invoice and proof of identity
The replacement will be provided once the verification of the product has been completed or according to the condition of the damaged..
If the product is out of warranty period you will be asked to return it to the service center and will take the appropriate action to repair or replace the product depending on the nature of the problem.
No item may be returned in the event of loss, removal, or breakage of the production seal or the stamp of the manufacturer or if it is in a non-salable condition.
Maintenance

Cancelling order
